Unique, rich and fruity all natural preserves that capture the beauty and bounty of Vermont. All our preserves are handcrafted in small batches on our 1800's farm nestled in the Green Mountains surrounding Grafton village.

Seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables are sourced from either our own kitchen gardens or other local Vermont farms often located less than 20 miles from Grafton, thereby embodying a truly fresh farm- to -table experience in our artisanal preserves.

Inspired by the bounty around us, our global culinary heritage and generations of preserve making expertise, each season brings new and exciting recipes. It is unlikely you have ever tasted a fresher, richer or more unique chutney or jam.

Handcrafted, artisnal, naturally aged cheddar and specialty cheeses using milk from Vermont family farms. Visit our new Specialty Cheese and Wine Shop in Grafton. You'll find over 80 cheeses, fine wines, gourmetfoods, Vermont products, gifts and more. Daily cheese taasting and a video loop that desccribes teh Grafton cheddar process are alsofeatured. Open daily from 10 am - 5 pm.
